Took a walk down to the beach this afternoon, much warmer than last time I was here and a lovely blue sky.
Woke up with the sore throat but had a list of jobs: got the washing done and dried outdoors, sorted out a few more 'floppy discs' and have binned them, gathered all the bottles together, looked through a couple of boxes of stuff - some can go on the stall, some kept and some into the bin.
Five years ago today I took voluntary redundancy and retired, I still miss the intellectual challenge of the work I did but enjoy having the freedom to do what I want to now :-))
