Rushlake Green

Today I stepped up the training for the London 100. With my compadre, Ian I undertook a 40 mile ride, taking a break in the beautiful village, Rushlake Green. Here I am enjoying a restorative flapjack whilst sitting amongst the local flora. Not sure what variety that tall upright plant is though!
