On hold.

Had to ring someone today and after 30 mins on hold was finally connected only to be told that I had to ring another number!!  Dialled the other number but could only get the engaged tone so eventually gave up but a mate went there physically (80 miles away from me) and he got the matter in hand but have to wait to see if it happens this time. Don't you love automated phone queuing. :-)))
