The long and winding road

Lots of a sunshine for my practise 100km ride (I'm told it was actually 98.5km) from Caton to Settle and back over the Trough of Bowland. Good points: the number of curlew and lapwing in the fields; bad point: the cafe in Dunshope Bridge, just before the Trough, was closed.
