Melville Monument

On a sunny day like today the view from the top of the Melville Monument in Edinburgh's St Andrew Square must be spectacular.  The door at the foot of the monument was open (it's not publicly accessible) but my daughter wouldn't let me sneak in and try to rush up the internal stair.
