Dolphin Blipping!
Today was the first proper day of my holidays as there was no joinery or decorating work undertaken. Although there was a bit of strenuous grass cutting that took 2 hours to complete. The very slopey back garden is soon to be dug over to make way for some gorgeous plants. I am not going to be spending hours cutting grass on a 45 degree slope!
We had a delightful afternoon going over to the "other side" We travelled to the Black Isle to visit Rosemarkie and Channory Point. Last night's blip was taking from this side looking over there. It was glassy calm and Rosie and I had a pleasant walk along the shore while Noah caught an assortment of marine life in his new fishing net and Freya did some drawing. Then it was onto channory point to try and spot the dolphins.
Having been out of blipping for nearly a month I had forgotten to take my camera and of course the dolphins made an appearance! So here is a picture of Rosamund taking some good shots with her camera while I had to make do with my iphone!
