Squash Blossom

Many of our neighbours have their own designated area to grow vegetables and flowers of their choice.  These raised gardens are along the path I take to get the mail each day.  This small plot has quite a few zucchini growing happily in various stages of maturity.  This particular blossom caught my eye so has become my Flower Friday entry.  I know, it's not an Australian Native, but it doesn't hurt to look for something different, does it?
