Lamb Flank stew

My version of a lamb flank stew. Tastes yummy and is super cheap to make. A £2 lamb flank make a meal with 6 portions depending on the veggies you put with it. Great for when our veggies eventually grow, if we get some sun. The stew was quickly thrown together when I arrived home from work and I was waiting for S to arrive from work. We then went on a nice walk through the freston woods/ Cutler woods. Freston woods Should of been a 1h20 walk, but became a 2h walk as we met the local farmer on the way and ended up chatting away forgetting that tea was in the oven. Turned out great anyway, lamb was tender and veggies nicely done.
