Out and about

A morning in Kirkwall, shopping for exciting things like lengths of metal rod, another  project in the offing, and hen food.  Managed to get a haircut too, while Mike waited for me in Trenabies cafe with a coffee and the local paper, it being a Thursday.

When we were away in Northumberland, staying in a flat without internet access, we were always hunting out places with free wi-fi, but at here at home it was nice to see this sign!  

We did witness a waitress directing some tourists to the pub down the lane to get connected . . . so everyone was happy in the end.
