A good swim...

It's a crappy pic from a website but this is the pool I swim in. It's a 25m pool and if I go at the right time I can nearly have it to myself. Today there were between 3 and 5 people in there today. Such a treat! It also has a fab hydrotherapy pool which does wonders for aching backs & shoulders. :)
