Art Project; Day 2

As I mentioned yesterday, I'm doing a week art project, where I am painting a bigger than A1 canvas of Icart Point in Guernsey.
I made so much progress today, as you can see by the improvement of yesterday's image. I filled in all the white canvas with some sort of colour, so that it seemed a little less daunting, and I will go over with the different shades of the next few days.
It was mainly the foreground that I was working on today, but as you'd be able to see from the original photograph, there's still lots of work to be done there... and on the whole painting!

But this is what I've got after 8 hours. 8 more to go.. Will I finish it?!
