Santa Fe Light

The light in this part of the world is simply amazing. An impending storm with dark clouds only served to emphasize that quality. Five minutes later, it was snowing, while the sun was shining. 

And so ends a wonderful week of learning and stretching the skills out a bit. One of the recommendations from my one-on-one session with the instructor was that I need to take my photography to the next level by doing palladium (platinum) prints of my work. I had expected anything except that! I think he was amused at my confusion, and clarified that my work is good enough to justify that kind of treatment. Wow! I think I'm pleased. I need to think this through :)  Back to DC tomorrow.
