Notes: Worked at home in the morning after attempting a short jog - left calf was cramping up. Susan over around 230p, headed north with both bikes to Ream Wilson trail to mark course for next weekend's Baycare Walk. Late dinner at Abe's and then back to Susan's. Hot and sticky day.
