Gluten-free bread

I baked my first gluten-free bread today to give away to a friend that have been on a diet since ever. He was a bit sad that he could not taste the bread I normally bake, so I tried to make a gluten-free alternative. It must be the most expensive bread I ever baked! The  bread one can buy in the grocery store is 3 times more expensive than normally bread (about 8 Euro). 
Going to the grocery store to buy the ingrediens was an eyeopener for me, it's really not much to choose between!

The bread became a success with gluten-free oat, different kinds of seeds, honey and carrot :-)
