View from the henhoose

We haven't kept hens for a while, but the henhoose is a nice place to sit and watch birds in the garden, and  to keep dry while the rain falling, and to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet.
Many years ago, before we lived here, there used to be a chicken shed with 14,000 hens in it. 
No peace and quiet in those days.
