A Quiet Day

Backblip for Monday 28th March 2016

Mum was still feeling well below par all day, but she did manage to come out for a hot chocolate in the calm of the hotel in Marks Tey.  We always get extra mint chocolates there from our usual waiter, who remembers when Mum and Dad used to go there each week for a cup of coffee.  He'll be leaving at the end of the year, though, to train as an Army officer at Sandhurst - quite a change of direction!

The Chrysanthemum in my blipfoto is from the bouquet that my brother-in-law gave Mum last week when he came to Tiptree on family business.
