On a roll

Stephen volunteers one day a week at our surplus food  cafe. He's a champion washer-upper but that's only one of his many talents. Bird-watcher, photographer, sea-life expert, horse-rider and public speaker are some of the strings to his bow and here he is rocking around the clock with the band Wings Over Pembrokeshire. The name stands for With Inclusion Nobody Gets Side-lined. Three musicians, on guitar, keyboard and drum kit, provide support to people with learning (and other) disabilities enabling them to perform in public whatever song they choose, whatever their ability. Some have real talent, some just want to have a go but they all have a lot of fun and it's also a social opportunity  where they can meet their friends and enjoy the craic.
