Today we went shopping in a larger town.  We don't have much choice in our small city.  And the kids are growing to the point where we MUST buy some clothes or they won't be allowed to go to school.  The boy is too big for kids clothes and too small for adult clothes.  What to do?

We went to Roanoke which is larger.  It was still a long day fraught with frustration.  We did get a few things so I can't be sorry that we went - but wow it tires you out to work so hard for so little gain.

Roanoke is a lovely city and there are wonderful photo opportunities.  However, photography was not on our agenda.

When I got home, I played around with some crystals I got at the auction last weekend.  I like how this came out.  I am going to clean them better and keep trying.  There are some really lovely ones.

One more day of spring break left.  I think the kids will be sad tomorrow night.
