Cauliflower and Parsnip Soup

One of the things I have been making a lot during the cold weather is roast vegetable soups.  I have tried all kind of different combinations of vegetables, but the common theme is roasting them before adding them to the stock and onions - this is the result of time in the oven for the latest combination, Cauliflower and Parsnip with cumin.  We had this tonight and I made enough for starters for our meal tomorrow with C and L
