Kekerengu Beach

I've been in Blenheim for the weekend for a bike race called the "Grape Ride".  It starts and finishes in the vineyard area of Marlborough and takes in the magnificent Queen Charlotte Sounds.  101 km in 2:47 with one crash - it was very wet and I lost traction on an off-camber corner on the descent, trying to avoid the numerous other riders scattered over the road who had fallen off in front of me!  No serious harm done.
