Bit tangled up......

.....which is how I felt today.   Decided to change to my Summerweight duvet as I have been feeling too warm at night of late.  Of course I also thought it would be a good time to wash the mattress cover etc - and maybe turn the mattress over as well!  Not a good decision - I slid the double mattress off the bed and then realised it was an impossible task for me to carry out.
SOS phone call to number 1 son who kindly called in after his Sunday football and did the job for me.  Sons have their uses!

This tangled heap is lead curtain weighting.  I am shortening some curtains for a friend and she brought the string of weights from her old curtains to re-install in the new ones.
