Last minute

Had a nice relaxed morning with Tim, then caught the train down to Kent after lunch, to visit my friend Katherine and her daughter, B.  Had a lovely afternoon with them, chatting away for a few hours, and playing with B, too.  Poor Tim had been due to go with me, but he was feeling buggy and dizzy this morning, so stayed home to rest instead.  I caught the train back in time for dinner with him, and we had a nice restful evening together.

I hadn't really taken a photo all day (apart from a crap one on the train), so snapped this at bedtime.  A typical view from my side of the bed!
