Took L to gymnastics this morning before returning to do a few household chores.

Man chores involving tool boxes and DIY.

After lunch, MrsT and L went to Clip & Climb at the EICC with Lallybroch, Ethan and A & V.

They then went straight to NRG class whilst I went for a 7km run and prepared dinner.

After dinner it was two hours of ten pin bowling with the FiL.
