An empty shell

This is all that's left of the coconut shell that went out about a fortnight ago.  They are still going inside to clean the last few bits out!

A quietish day - swimming this morning which was a bit busy, then home, ironing, washing outside, lunch, made packed lunches for tomorrow and then watched the Bahrain Grand Prix.  A shame for Jenson Button, but pleased that Rosberg won again.
