Painful finish

I ran in the first of this year's Regents Park 10k summer series races this morning. It's a lovely run three times around the London Zoo part of the Park and the conditions were perfect this morning - a bit chilly but with the sun coming beginning to come through on a hazy spring morning. My legs felt heavy for most of the run but I did manage a decent sprint finish. However, as this photo shows, it hurt!
