Sunday Run Selfie .........

Well it's been a while blip land and I'm not sure if I can commit to everyday, but I have missed this.  2016 is going that fast I've decided to try and capture some of it.

The group is in training for the Edinburgh Marathon, so I took them 19 miles from Livingston to Edinburgh. Castle in the background.

Home on the train, then walked the dogs, gets rid of the lactic acid. 

Then I devoured a Steak pie Sunday dinner with Mr G, K and me dad.  I think Miss R may have moved out!!!!  A good day, not that she has moved out, I mean just a pleasant one.
