High hopes

Had high hopes for today. Mainly to take R out somewhere nice and destress him. Sadly that didn't happen.
The stress was ramped up a bit this afternoon with lots more sitting around and waiting for cogs to turn.
Eventually home and a Chinese was had along with choc donuts.
