When life brings you lemons.......

I decided it was high time I cropped the last lemons from the (small) tree in my greenhouse as it is now showing the new season's blossom. It hasn't been a massive crop; I've had six altogether but they have all been a good size whereas the only ones I've had previously were quite small. The skin and pith is quite thick but the juice has a lovely flavour; quite tangy and slightly sweeter than normal lemons and of course the smell of the blossom in the greenhouse has been divine.

I have to thank W for the artistic direction (i.e. the layout of the lemons) for this shot. I think she thought my layout for the earlier shots I took was a little obscene.
