Cough and throat sweets.
It appears that I have contracted 'the lurgy' so am making some ginger, honey and lemon lozenges.

New date for surgery -26th May!!!! 7 weeks, 3 days. Only got that because I rang again.

James has done 6 hours of Maths in school today. He has another 4 days of the same. He felt sorry for others in the group who also had an intensive week of science before this maths week, and therefore they haven't had a school holiday. That's harsh for them.


We sat and worked out his revision / study schedule this evening. I have realised that certain things make that easier if they are available. In this case they aren't available - makes me realise how much we do for our students and families at my school.
