The Garden of Earthly Delights
This year we are heavily into kale, spinach and chard.
Good for the eyes and bones!
My favorite new way to prepare kale is to chop it, then steam it for 15 minutes, drain, then sauté in olive oil with a red onion and some garlic, and sprinkle with coarse-chopped roasted pecans.
...Yummy!
