Apparently this is part of the largest reclamation of outdoor advertising space in UK history. By Brandalism - "taking the piss with a point". Installed at over 30 places over 5 days by a team of guerilla installers.

I just noticed it because it was next to the team of road mending people and machines that fascinated my grandson this morning!
