Ladybird .... Fly Away Home

A bevy of bugs today. Butterflies, all sorts of solitary bees, bumble bees, honey bees, loads of different flies. The temperature must have hit seventeen degrees this afternoon as I photographed my first 'flying narwhal' (beefly) of the season.

I couldn't make up my mind what to post and in the end have gone for this orange ladybird as I have never Blipped one before. I got quite excited as I captured it taking off. Unfortunately my image isn't perfect. (Extras.)
