Having a little sit

This is me and HER having a little sit in the middle of all the gardening.  It's hard work I can tell you.  So a little sit is always very welcome, and it's one of the very few times I will hop onto her lap.  I'm not a good lap sitter as a general rule.

After the humiliation of the bow yesterday, I was glad to get back into it today.  It being helping HER in the garden. 

Seeing that daylight saving has ended I am one very confused small black dog.  Everything is an hour later, including my chicken treat every evening.  I'm ready for it, but the clock isn't.  And gardening has to take place in the afternoon, because it gets dark too early in the evening.  It didn't get too dark three days ago, so why does it get too dark now?

It's quite beyond me.
