Getting ready..

The Ironman is coming again to our city and the beachfront is a hive of activity, with marquees springing up everywhere and a myriad of workers on the scene.
The pier is lined with sponsors flags...the strength being tested by the strong winds...and one can feel the atmosphere.
We even have two Bahrain princes and their entourage here for the second time!
We will be locked in in our village on Sunday as the cycle race runs through it..it's always a grand social time for the residents as we cheer the participants as they pass through.
