Dahlia

Winter has been back with a vengeance the last two days.  It is so cold, I just couldn't bring myself to go outside this morning, so instead I did a little more flower faffing with this Dahlia I picked up at the grocery store recently.  

This was achieved with window light, my Nikkor 50 mm f/1.4 lens and the use of some radial filters in Lightroom for adjustments.  This lens is magic and is the one Nikon lens I won't give up.  

Looking forward to meeting up in Florida next week for the BoBB 2016 Blipmeet, where the weather will surely be much warmer.
