Where are we?
Some more straight out of camera hi-contrasty monochromatic fun, because it was a fairly grey beginning to the day, (although it perked up a little bit later on).
The eldest told us he had been learning about maps at school, but it hadn't really clicked with him, mostly we think because they hadn't actually left the classroom whilst studying the maps.
So, being the rampant empiricists that we are, Mrs G bought a local OS map and off we went on a ramble, with said eldest in charge of navigation.
It must've been a success because we got back home ok, although my legs are asking me what they did to deserve such a punishment. Map reading achieved.
Put an extra in of some old cameras we found in a museum today. Seemed apt.
