This is the result of yesterday's slightly gloved work.  I finally got round to replacing my freewheel sprocket and replacing the very laughed at and stretched chain.

When I ordered it, I had the choice of 16, 17 or 18 teeth.  I figured more teeth, more power, I could take it up a notch.  It dawned on my that it goes the opposite way on the back cog.  It is making it very slightly easier going.
