Laurel Flowers

This is the Laurel hedge that runs along the front of our property. In the spring, especially this spring, it becomes covered with tiny blossoms. I like how they don't all come out at the same time.

Today we went to the Music Club and heard the winners of our scholarships to Western Washington University music students. We heard two pianists, a violinist and a percussion player. That is the first time I know of that a percussionist has won an award. He was fantastic as were they all. I am always so impressed with the music students in our city.
