Flower Friday in Philadelphia

Catching up on American history (see extra for the Liberty Bell!) and culture in Philadelphia. We’ve only been here for a few hours now, but already it has a feel to it that I’ve not seen anywhere else in the US. Cobblestone streets, lots of historic sites and the weather gives it all a nice Spring polishing. We walked a lot and rested in the beautiful Magnolia garden – their bloom really is my ultimate Spring fragrance – in the garden of the house I grew up in we had a large Magnolia tree too.
