~poor lil' birdie~

This poor little baby blue jay (I think) fell out of his nest in one of the trees right behind our back fence. I looked on line to see what to do and since it had so many feathers it said to leave it alone and the parents will come back to feed it. So we put a board up so Buddy and the kids wouldn't bother it. Sadly the next morning, all I found was feathers and other remains. I think a raccoon or cat found him last night. I guess he is flying high in birdie heaven now!
