Very sticky toffee muffins

A special plea for these were made for these by a colleague for the retiral party tomorrow.

After a full on day at work, the last thing I wanted to do was go to the shop and buy the ingredients, but it did me good. I managed to knock these up.

The don't look pretty, but they  do taste yummy. Only 267 calories too!
