Blue tits, Pigeons and Blackbirds

After the pigeon seems to have flown the nest, after a few days sojourn in trellis, the blue tits have been quite active in and out of the nesting box. Now Marlane has spotted a female blackbird gathering food to take back to a nest. We usually have 2 or 3 blackbird nests in the garden but haven't noticed them this year, other than in and around the garden.
It's lovely to wake up, look out of the window and see the blue tits using the nesting box.

Painting is continuing. They said that Winston Churchill was a good painter. I don't think he's got anything on us, you should see our glossed doors, skirting boards, radiator covers etc.
