Rainy day

A day of disappointment for a fleet footed friend.

For the Record,
This day came in with showers that have become heavy with lashing, windswept rain. I, along with my sister in law and friend visited a gravely ill, lifelong friend of mine who will soon undergo a stem cell transplant. I marvel at her strength and courage fighting leukemia since last November.
