Despite stinky cold, I enjoyed the kids performances at the end of week concert at Tynecastle. Nice also to hear the tutors do wee turns in between the kids; Robyn Stapleton has a lovely voice and Morag Brown, Daniel Thorpe and Steven Blake are all excellent musicians. Hell, they inspired F to do some fiddle practice this week.

May go into work briefly tomorrow but don't want to spread the cold; brother is visiting this weekend from California. It's been two and a half years since he was home, and nearly 20 months since I last saw him.
