In the same boat!!
This has been a monumental day for four reasons all slightly different in the level of importance in the grand scale of life. One Shelley11's little Melody was one year old today. Yah!! Happy birthday Melody!! Have loved watching you change and grow and you have a great Mummy. Two. I didn't throw ingas big expensive tv through her big expensive window. Inga is coming back from Germany on Friday and had asked me some time ago to make sure her tv and German satellite was re connected after redecoration. No problem thinks me and left it till last minute. Couldn't find remotes and couldn't retune or even get working. Aaaaaaaaaaaaagh. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh and much louderaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh. Did the sensible thing and threw money at a.very nice man who fixed it. Three. Dileas has been diagnosed with arthritic hips. Along with every other lab in existence. Not bad just slightly stiff at times so he's on his joint meds and I'm taking cod liver oil he's to lose weight AND SO HAVE I. Four. It was SO EXCITING on Le Tour today. Four massive climes including the magnificent Col de Tourmalet which is without category because it's so high. The Col de Peyresourde proved too much for last years winner Cadel Evans who was ridden out of contention by a punishing pace. Thomas Voekler of France for the second time in majestic fashion swept away in a solo run and won the stage. It is truly truly a wonder to see that man descend a mountain at speeds of 45 miles an hour. Wiggins Frome and Nadali rode bike to bike all the way up and down the mountains from start to finish. Nadali tried to have a breakaway but sky were having none of it. Last mountain day tomorrow and if Wiggins survives it then he will win unless he falls off his bike and breaks both legs. Even then he might make it!! Can't believe there are only four days left.
