Summer time!

Hey, it might be raining madly outside my window, but inside my dish it's all summertime, baby!

A quick and easy summer pasta of roasted courgette and cherry tomatoes with some chicken & chorizo ravioli (and yes, I cheated on the rav and bought the packaged variety). With a few dabs of ricotta and pesto, was a light, delicious meal!
