They're watching!

I have no idea why this new CCTV camera was deemed necessary in a fairly quiet residential street. It may have been slightly relevant in the past, for the Old Firm football matches but they're nothing to worry about for at least 3 years; what with Rangers going bust and all ; )
(No sniggering at the back!)

Are residents ever consulted about such things? I've not read anything about it before it appeared the other day. I am vehemently opposed to filming citizens - the statistics re. criminal behaviour that they prevent or stop or even catch are shockingly low. The outlay does not justify the ends. (Although I would be against them regardless).



Anyway we spent the day with Felix's 'best' friend, Seonaidh (pronounced Shawnee).
His mum and I get on well so it was nice to while away a few hours at their house. It even stopped raining! of course I forgot my phone so didn't get a shot of them. Next time.
