Rainy Run

Throughout the Spring and Summer, our running team train in Hainault Forest on a Thursday evening.
There are lots of different routes and hills to explore and train on, and we all enjoy being out in the Forest away from the roads.

So for the last 6-7 months on Thursdays we have been training in the cold and dark and having to run on the streets.
We all waited patiently for this day to come.
The day when the shorts and T-Shirts would come back out of the back of the drawer.
The day the sun cream would be applied and a little dab of insect repellent. 
The day came.......and it poured with rain, it was cold and we had to cut the session short because the dark rainclouds meant it got quite dark in the forest pretty early!!
