Carp fishing

The fish at Biddulph Grange Garden get bigger and bigger.  Today it was obvious why - they are exceedingly well fed. This giant goldfish wasn't going to miss out on the titbits.

It was lovely to meet up with a friend and stroll around the gardens. It's lacking in colour, of course, as it is at its most startling during the autumn colours (I have blipped them frequently) but everywhere is neat and manicured and buds aplenty are ready to burst into spring. Daffodils and Bellis provide the yellow and white set against the green
