Eynhallow (Day 331)

It was fairly pleasant when the dogs and I wandered up the hill before I headed to a job in Stromness.
Job done, I returned home for lunch with my beautiful wife before we loaded the dogs into the car for another wander at Aikerness. The dogs charged around in the sand and the shallows of the sea whilst HV and I plodded along coughing and sniffing.
The blip today is looking out towards the islands of Eynhallow (the little one on the left) and Rousay. There is a massive tidal race between Eynhallow and the mainland and also between Rousay and Eynhallow. If you look carefully you can see the huge waves on the horizon.
The rest of the afternoon has been spent finishing the current carving commission.
